This position will be based in Bangkok office as a replacement of our admin team member to provide various office administration assistance to All Staff-Thailand as well as liaising with Vena Energy EA upon request.
Assist as focal point of contacts i.e. incoming call answering, visitor greeting, distributing mails.
Coordinates all travel arrangements for the company: research competitive plan i.e. flight, hotel and rental car bookings in accordance with approved travel requests including input data in ISOS tracking system.
Responsible for maintaining office equipment, arranges for repairs when necessary.
Assisting in processing company’s invoices attached with support documents to process payments.
Expedites purchase orders when necessary and ensures timely delivery.
Arranging all related company meetings and events.
Liaising with all departments to deliver tasks as requested.
Coordinate tasks for messengers, driver and office cleaners until completion.
Assist team members i.e. courier dispatching, order supplies, copying, scanning, etc.
Performs other administrative or office duties or special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
At least 5 years' of relevant experience, preferably from an international work culture.
Preferably experience in handling work with government officials.
Proficiency in communicating in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
Driving skill with valid license will be an added advantage.
Desirable: Can work with minimal supervision, analytical, communication and a team player.
