Thitipong Thaicharoen is the Country Head of Thailand, and has more than 10 years of experience in renewable energy, specializing in business development, merger and acquisition, and project financing. Currently, Thitipong oversees the business development and operations of Vena Energy’s renewable energy assets in Thailand.
Prior to Vena Energy, Thitipong led investment banking at I V Global Securities, a boutique securities firm focusing on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and financial advisory services. Prior to that, Thitipong was a core team member in the project financing department at Bangkok Bank PCL., specialising in cross-border power plant project financing transactions, including Gulf’s co-generation SPPs in Thailand, Hongsa power plant, and Xayaburi power plant in Laos.
Thitipong graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and currently resides in Bangkok
