Yong Kar Yee is a IHRP Certified Senior Professional (IHRP-SP) and has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with multi-national companies within the aviation, integrated resorts, medical devices, manufacturing, and IT solutions industries. She has held diverse human resource roles across the organizations including leading teams at country and at the regional level within Asia, business partnering, as well as operational and strategic human resource roles. Prior to Vena Energy, she was the Group Human Resources Lead with a public listed manufacturing solutions company where she led a team to support business growth.
Kar Yee holds a BSc in Psychology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and diplomas in the subject of Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
