Senior Associate, IT Development (Automation)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Design and development of software solutions including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platforms with Dataverse, Microsoft SharePoint and other 3rd party platforms e.g. Safety Culture iAuditor.
Outline solutions that address the pain points and optimize business processes.
Use multiple Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Platform and preferably create custom connectors to integrate with other databases.
Work with stakeholders across countries in Asia Pacific to explore and implement fit-to-purpose solutions, as well as post deployment support & maintenance, CR implementation and usage monitoring.
Provide subject matter expertise around Power Platform and automation tools kits
Maintain documentation of functional/solution specifications/codes according to best practices
Exercise creative problem-solving skills when performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support.
Provide end user training as well as Power Platform development and best practices to other developers.

Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power Platform and 3^rd party automation platforms/tools.
A deep understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and ALM including deployment life cycle, data security, user access administration, support & maintenance.
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications is an added advantage
Knowledge of using API custom-connectors within Power Platform.
Knowledge of Python / JavaScript / Node, working on YAML / JSON file and understanding of UI/UX concepts and design frameworks is an added advantage.
