Vena Energy and Vivant Energy Corporation announce joint venture with aboitiz renewables for the 206 mw San isidro wind project in the philippines

Vena Energy, Asia-Pacific’s leading renewable energy company, and Vivant Energy Corporation announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Aboitiz Renewables Inc. (“ARI”) for the development, construction, and operation a 206 MW San Isidro Wind Project. Located in San Isidro, Northern Samar in the Visayas, the Project will feature 33 wind turbine generators with a capacity of 6.25 MW each, establishing it as one of the largest onshore wind projects in the Philippines. The San Isidro Wind Project is slated to reach financial close and commence construction in the fourth quarter of 2023, and commercial operation is expected in the first quarter of 2025.
