Ang Leng Leng is the Group Head, Total Rewards & Talent Management at Vena Energy.
Prior to joining Vena Energy, Leng Leng was Director, Group Rewards at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd where she managed the International Rewards portfolio to drive an integrated One-Singtel HR framework in the global offices. She was also the Rewards Partner to the Group Enterprise and Consumer Singapore Business Units, leading and implementing Rewards programs that supported the business strategies and growth aspirations.
In the past, Leng Leng worked for Singapore Power Ltd, HAVI Logistics, TNT Logistics, Neptune Orient Lines Ltd, and the Ministry of Defence Singapore.
Leng Leng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in science (computer and information sciences). Leng Leng also earned the IHRP Senior Professional and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional credentials from the Institute of HR Professionals (Singapore) and the Society for HR Management (US) respectively.
